German government help Libya rebel groups

German government agreed to lend assistance with a large number for Libya rebel groups. This fund is only for humanitarian purposes and help civilians.

Reported by CNN on Sunday, July 24, 2011, Germany will lend funds amounting to 100 million euros to the National Transitional Council, a new government of the Libya rebels formed. Previously, Germany had also lent the funds of 7 million euros
